Rules & Regulations

 

Two 18-minute Halves

 

Running Clock 

Clock stops inside 1 minute of the First Half & 2 minutes of the  Second Half on all dead balls.

***Clock will not stop if teams have a lead of 20 points or higher

 

The 35-second shot clock will be in effect.

 

3 (45 seconds) timeouts for the whole game (all timeouts carry over to the 2nd half)

 

7 team fouls =  1-1 FT

10 team fouls = 2 FT

 

5 fouls per player (foul out)

 

2 technical fouls by a player is an automatic ejection 

 

Technical fouls = 2 FT

(Clock will stop in the 2nd half if the losing team is shooting)

 

Referees & the Commissioner may eject players for certain technical fouls
